Any leaks indoors and out on water, gas, etc.
Leak locate
$100 per hr
Upon arrival if a leak needs to be located indoors or out there is a $100 per hr charge. Once the leak is located pricing to make the repair will be discussed at that time with the customer. The leak locate fee will be collected whether the customer wants to go along with the repairs or not .
Water leak repairs on 1/2" - 1" piping indoors up to 5ft
$300
This price covers labor and material for repairs made on any piping 1/2 - 1" up to 5 ft. If additional piping needs to replaced it will be discussed with customer and pricing is $150 each additional 5ft of piping that needs to be replaced
Valve replacement 1/2 - 1"
$250
Price covers labor and material for replacement of any ball valve or gate valve water or gas there's a $75 charge for each additional valve that needs to be replaced on-site

Pricing for repairs and replacement of water heaters
Replacement of 40 gallon gas 40,000 Btu Water Heater
$1400
Price includes labor, material and permit fee for the installation of the water heater in a Garage or first floor utility room setting for attic installation add $250
40 or 50 gallon 4.5 kw electric water heater
$1350
Price includes labor, material and permit (if needed) to install water heater in Garage or first floor utility room
For attic installation add $250.
For any 50 gallon installation add $100
50 gallon 40,000 Btu gas Water Heater

Price includes labor, material and permit (if needed) in a garage or first floor utility room installation
For attic installation add $250
Diagnosis of water heater
$100 per hr
This fee is a per hour charge to diagnose and figure out a solution to repair water heater. Also includes contacting manufacturer for possible warranties or to locate parts needed. Once that is figured out will discuss pricing to complete
Gas valve replacement
$350 -$500
This price range includes labor and material needed to complete job. The price range depends on the pricing of the gas valve and labor as all water heaters drain differently
